A graduate of Law from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław, where I completed my degree in 2021 by defending a master’s thesis titled “Carousel Fraud in VAT.” Since 2024, I have been listed as a Tax Advisor No. 14821. I gained my professional experience in prestigious advisory firms and law offices, including companies from the so-called Big Four. From 2022 to 2024, I completed my legal advisor apprenticeship at the Wrocław Bar Association of Attornies at Law.
I specialize in income tax matters, particularly corporate income tax (CIT) and personal income tax (PIT), as well as in social security matters, including health insurance contributions. I am also knowledgeable in VAT issues. I have extensive experience in representing clients in disputes with tax authorities, including judicial-administrative proceedings, as well as during tax and customs audits. My areas of expertise include preparing tax opinions and commentaries, also in English, as well as drafting applications for individual tax rulings, appeals against tax decisions, complaints to administrative courts, and cassation complaints. I also implement tax reliefs and carry out tax optimizations, supporting both local and international entities.
